Once pre-approval is secured, I will set up alerts to notify you of new properties that meet your criteria. You can also download my recommended app, where you can view all available properties in the area, save your favorites, schedule showings, and communicate with me directly. Your information will remain private and secure. In today’s competitive market, scheduling showings promptly when a property interests you is key. Being prepared and proactive ensures you have the best chance of securing your dream home.

OFFER AND NEGOTIATIONS

When you’re ready to make an offer, I will prepare a strong proposal that reflects your desired terms, including purchase price, contingencies, and conditions. During negotiations, I will advocate for your best interests and help you navigate counteroffers. My goal is to achieve an agreement that benefits you while meeting your goals and budget. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated and provide strategic guidance to reach the best outcome.

DUE DILIGENCE

Once your offer is accepted, we will enter the due diligence phase. During this period, we will arrange inspections and other necessary tasks to ensure the property meets your expectations. If any issues arise, I will assist in negotiating repairs or concessions with the sellers. My priority is to provide a thorough understanding of the property’s condition, helping you make informed decisions.

CLOSING

After celebrating the acceptance of your offer, the final steps before moving in will include collaboration with your lender and real estate attorney. Your lender will assist with financing requirements, including securing homeowners insurance, while your attorney ensures the title is clear and provides title insurance for your protection. Once all conditions are met, we will attend the closing meeting to finalize the transaction, sign documents, and hand over the keys to your new home. Congratulations on this exciting milestone!
